While an off-season Le Sirenuse is shuttered for the winter in anticipation of warmer months, we all continue to be quite busy! Take, for instance, our very own celebrated Le Sponda Head Chef, Matteo Temperini, who has just concluded a week as guest chef at the famous Harry’s bar in London (see photo below). He is now preparing to represent Le Sirenuse for two weeks at Le Royal Monceau’s Il Carpaccio restaurant in Paris! Roberto Rispoli (Head Chef at Il Carpaccio) and Temporini are no strangers, having honed their craft together under the celebrated Alain Ducasse in Paris early in their careers. Needless to say, the much anticipated upcoming collaboration between these two Tuscan-born culinary masters promises to yield some truly inspiring and innovative Neapolitan cuisine. Sound tempting?
